Aspiro's operates a separate young adult program for adults 18 to 30. This young adult program is called Kairos Adventure. The Kairos young adult adventure wilderness program is a year round co-ed outdoor based therapy program for young adults.

Kairos is located in Utah and offers therapeutic and treatment services for young adults who have gotten off track with their future goals and plans. Young adults that lack self-direction, self-esteem and self-worth can find it at Kairos.

Kairos has a high success rate for assisting young adults. They experience life-changing adventure experiences while in the program, and have every opportunity to continue their positive behavioral changes upon returning home after fully completing the program.
